Quotes & payment
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Payment terms, milestones and any deposits will be agreed in writing before work begins.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and the Optimax name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Ownership of work produced for clients is governed by the relevant project agreement; unless otherwise stated, rights transfer to the client upon full payment.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability
